Even our home-grown snacks are tasty and treated with car. They consist of an extensive wine list and a tempting selection of cheeses and meats, served in the old barn of the farmhouse, now converted into a characteristic banquet hall.
In spring and summer, our panoramic colonnade, overlooking the medieval town of Fermo, allows you to enjoy the food and drink kissed by the sun or under the stars, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Marche.
Extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil - one of the symbols of the province of Fermo. Our olives, hand-picked at the end of October, from the olive trees surrounding the farmhouse, are taken to the mill and processed according to the traditional cold-crushing method, that makes our oil exquisite and exceptional. Then the oil is bottled in dark bottles to guarantee the excellent quality of the final product.
