Horses
Levandara Farmhouse in collaboration with Centro Ippico Monterosato organises hourseback riding , riding lessons at all levels with a trainer for children and adults, guesthouse for your horse and horse training.

The scent of the Sea
For the summer period, La Levandara is a great starting point for visiting the long beach of fine sand at Porto San Giorgio, where you can enjoy the perfectly kept beaches, or opt for the establishments equipped with every comfort. Lu Portu, as it is called by the locals, is also an ideal place to practice water sports. In this regard, La Levandara is affiliated with the Piceno Water Sports Association in Porto San Giorgio, where you can attend sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and swimming courses. The shady Salvadori pine forest, adjacent to the club, is also a great place for a nap on summer afternoons for dads and children.

Colours of Nature
Inside the property and along the ridges of the next farm, you can walk along the country roads and trails to explore the woods of the countryside and the typical flora and come across streams and springs.

The Joy of the Game
The farm is equipped with a bowling green that can be used freely by guests for fun challenges and tournaments.
The curious can also try their hand at Ruzzola: especially at Easter time "Ruzzola" races, characteristic of the area, are organized. They were originally run using seasoned cheeses but now wooden discs are more commonly used.
